Streatham ice rink is in the Streatham Ice and Leisure Centre just south of Streatham town centre. It is a fairly new (by UK standards) multipurpose facility which opened in 2013.
This is one of the nicer arenas in the UK and home to a number of ice hockey teams, including Streatham IHC and the Streatham Black Hawks. It is just one of 41 ice rinks in the UK that are home to competitive ice hockey teams.

Streatham Ice Rink Parking
Streatham Ice and Leisure Centre has a 135-space paid car park, including 12 disabled spaces. We have also had some luck parking for free on side streets at the weekend. However, you will probably need to walk for around 15 minutes to get to the rink, and it can take time to find a space.

How Cold Is Streatham Ice Rink?
If you haven’t been to a hockey game before, you need to know that ice rinks are cold places (not a surprise!). And the closer you are to the ice, the colder you will be. Also, hockey rinks in the UK aren’t heated, so temperatures in the arena drop in line with outside temperatures.
For those with some experience of UK rinks, we would rank Streatham Ice Rink as average in terms of arena temperature.
Streatham Ice Rink Seating
Streatham Ice Rink is a relatively new arena; it is bright with good lighting. Most seats will give you a good view, and with a capacity of 1,000, there will be plenty of choice.
