Aberdeen ice rink (known as Linx Ice Arena) lies northeast of Aberdeen city centre along the beachfront. It is an average-sized venue by UK standards and can accommodate more than 1,000 spectators for ice hockey games and other events.
The ice rink is home to a number of ice hockey teams, including the Aberdeen Lynx of the Scottish National League. It is just one of 41 ice rinks in the UK that are home to competitive ice hockey teams.

Linx Ice Arena parking is on-site and free of charge. The car park is a decent size, but in the unlikely event that this is full, there is plenty of roadside parking along the Esplanade.
Aberdeen Lynx Ice Hockey Team
Aberdeen Lynx is an ice hockey team playing in the SNL (Scottish National League). The team is based at the Linx Ice Arena in Aberdeen.
The SNL is the second-highest league in Scotland behind the Elite Ice Hockey League. The league has eight competing teams (see below).
